Room was very good, no complaints on larger corner rooms. Great view down Jarvis, overlooking St. James Cathedral and park. The Islands and Lake Ontario beyond.
Covid rules meant free breakfast upon request and delivered to door. Sounds nice, but it filled the halls with takeout boxes, entire stay there was food garbage in the halls.

The room was extremely clean and the staff go over and above to make sure we had whatever we needed. Definitely would stay there again! Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel….especially the nice gentlemen at the front desk. Great customer service!

Not enough servers at breakfast, waited in line for 1/2 hour. Would have expected faster service when we have already filled out the breakfast voucher the night before.

Due to covid regulations, room was not cleaned. Even though towels were changed, garbage not emptied. Should have changed the garbage bins to be bigger. Breakfast trays fill up the bins quickly, so other guests were putting them outside the doors. I felt I was living in a filthy place. Never again will I stay here.
