I needed to change two locks in my house. The technician arrived punctually, they were professional, and quick--everything taken care of in less than half an hour. And the price for both was reasonable. I decided upon Locks & Doors based on reviews and I'm glad I chose them.

They were able to provide service the same day i called, and my experience with Tim was great! he called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, he was able to quickly identify the problem and explain exactly what was going wrong, and he was able to repair the malfunctioning deadbolt at the main entry. Tim also offered a lot of helpful information and suggestions for future solutions to save money and improve the entry system! Thanks again for the great service!

We needed a lock changed and another lock installed. Someone responded to my request for an estimate quickly and scheduled the work to happen within a couple of hours. The locksmith called to keep us updated on his time of arrival. He was a professional and worked efficiently to complete the work. We were happy with the outcome!
